Toronto housing to heat up CMHC says

Canada's national housing agency is forecasting Toronto-region home prices to rebound in the next 2 years by as much as 10.5% 

They cite the main reasons as continued low mortgage rates through 2021, high employment and the influx of immigrants and migration from other provinces.
