Toronto Area Selling Prices Rise; New listings down

October Sales Prices rose 5.5% in the GTA year over year. Condo sales rose even higher at 9.6%. Sales rose 14% as the number of new listings continued to trend downward, falling 9.6% year over year, according to the Toronto Real Estate Board(TREB).
